- Supervise a team of five dispatchers on our overnight shift. Provide work instructions and coaching of immediate dispatch staff.
- Ensure accurate data is maintained in the dispatch routing software, complying with all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that dispatch personnel are effectively performing as they should.
- Communicate with management as needed to maximize efficiencies and resolve issues.
- Monitor all overnight shift's reports to ensure that all deliveries are being completed in a timely manner.
- Ensures all phone calls are handled in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
- Candidate must be able to work overnight. This is an overnight role.
- Candidate must be able to work from our office, located in Doral FL. This is not a remote position.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dispatcher for a security company.
- Candidate must possess leadership skills and great attention to detail.
- Capable of multi-tasking and professionally interacting with others in a fast-paced, work environment.
- Ability to use good judgment, initiative, and make good decisions with limited supervision.
- Must have strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a workforce to meet customer expectations.
- Strong internal and external customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
