- Bachelor s degree in a human service or related field including but not limited to medicine social work psychology nursing occupational therapy recreational therapy or vocational rehabilitation with one year experience in adult behavioral health services OR Bachelor s degree other than in human services or a related field and two years experience in adult behavioral health services
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
