    The Regional Manager will work under the guidance of the Director of Property Operations and Software Support to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of market-rate properties. This role is critical in assisting and executing centralization efforts, software adoption, managing and developing teams, and maintaining the physical assets to ensure peak performance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies that enhance property value, optimize tenant satisfaction, and maximize financial returns. The Regional Manager will also focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Operational Excellence and Innovation:

    • Implement centralization efforts to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
    • Utilize trend analysis from property reports to inform and adjust management strategies.
    • Develop and oversee strategies to enhance after-hours leasing capabilities and tenant services, increasing accessibility and satisfaction.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Direct and support Property Managers and site teams to ensure properties meet operational, financial, and business goals.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and professional development among team members.
    • Walk properties, including tour path/ models/vacant units/ make-ready units/ maintenance shop weekly and conduct physical inspections

    Financial Management and Performance Optimization:

    • Manage property budgets and financial planning with a focus on maximizing profitability and financial health.
    • Regularly review financial and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure all financial practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

    Marketing and Tenant Relations:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement leasing strategies that drive occupancy and tenant retention.
    • Enhance tenant engagement through innovative service offerings and responsive management practices.

    Risk Management and Compliance:

    • Continuously assess and manage risks associated with property management.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining a proactive stance on legal and ethical management practices.
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years' experience in property management required
    • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and multi-site management
    • Experience with centralization practices and technology adoption
    • Proficiency with YARDI or OneSite
    • Proficient in GSuite

    Education: B.A. In Finance, Business, or Related Subject Preferred
