Sand Trap Line Cook - Gearhart - McMenamins

Description of the Position:

In general, every McMenamins line cook will handle various tasks throughout the kitchen. Responsibilities include food preparation and presentation, including salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, specials, sauté and grill items. Each line cook is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Current food handlers card
• Able to accurately work with numbers and orders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule

Essential Functions:

• Produce high-quality food
• Safely lift heavy objects
• Value diversity and work well with others
• Follow deadlines and product quality
• Accurately follow recipes and food specs
• Work long periods on feet and perform repetitive movements
• Communicate clearly and positively with coworkers and customers

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
