    Description

    Required Skill Set:

    SAP RAR Expertise:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).
    • Specialization in design, configuration, and integration of RAR with FI (Financial Accounting), SD (Sales and Distribution), and/or BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).

    Implementation Experience:

    • Completed at least two full lifecycle implementations of the SAP RAR module.
    • Experience with RAR migration.

    Process and Integration Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of the order-to-cash process.
    • Expertise in integration between SD and FICO modules.
    • Familiarity with BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA (Controlling and Profitability Analysis), and Revenue Recognition processes.

    Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus) is highly desired.
    • Proficient in the solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD, and FI/CO.

    Leadership and Coordination:

    • Proven project leadership skills.
    • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to deliver detailed designs that align with industry best practices.

    Industry and Accounting Knowledge:

    • Prior experience in high tech or software industries.
    • Solid understanding of accounting concepts.

    Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate business and functional requirements.
    • Proficient in creating management-level presentations and proposals.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with S/4 HANA.
    • Bachelors degree in finance, CPA, or CPA equivalent.
