    Highly Competitive Wages and Shift DifferentialsSeeking PRN CNA for 3p-11p and 11p-7a, rotating weekendsYour Role in theOrganizationThe primary purpose ofyour job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routinedaily nursing care and quality of life services.

    Essential Elements ofyour Position

    • Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant suchaction
    • Exhibit excellent customer service and apositive attitude towards patients
    • Communicate and function productively on aninterdisciplinary team
    • Maintain professional working relationships with allassociates, vendors, etc.
    Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program, preferred but not required
    • Currently registered/licensed in applicableState, preferred but not required
    • Must maintain an active license in goodstanding throughout employment.
    • One (1) year geriatric nursing experiencepreferred
    • CPR certification upon hire or obtain duringorientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
