- Lead BA efforts, gathering requirements and reviewing for completeness.

- Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Experience supporting User Interface (UI) and database validation activities by documenting test plans and test scenarios, identifying and creating test data, executing test cases and test scenarios, identifying defects and performing defect management.

Description
The Technical Systems Analyst will perform a combination of both Business Analyst duties working with technical staff and business stakeholders, along with SQL data analysis using a relational database management system (SQL Server).Work with and serve as liaison between management and business units within the department, external stakeholders, developers, QA analysts, DBA, and scrum master to identify and analyze opportunities for improving processes, data, and business systems.
The Technical Systems Analyst has a depth of knowledge in business analysis and design processes including knowledge of methodology, tools, and techniques.
This individual will also have extensive database experience and is an active participant in aspects of department assessment, visioning, and reengineering.
