    Come join us on our journey to serve our customers and be the leader in our industry Director, Treasury Operations & Loan Accounting, this position is responsible for oversight of efficient and effective direction of the treasury department.

    The role is responsible for the determination of cash requirements, cash concentration, and maintenance of appropriate cash flow.

    The Director, Treasury will direct and manage operations of the treasury function, prepare and analyze department reports, focus on existing bank relationships, and maximize returns on deposits.

    Track and report KPI, number of accounts, number of transactions, balances
    Responsible for maximizing return on deposits for the company and affiliates
    Lead team projects and strategic initiatives to include service operations and corporate banking
    Manage, coach, and train the treasury specialists, analysts, and or senior analysts
    Responsible for maintaining account detail, balances, and functionality of all bank account management systems
    Collaborate with the Director of Affiliate Finance Operations to coordinate banking activity
    Provide direction, analysis, and oversite of transaction issues, positive pay, escheat, overdraft activity
    assist with cash management and cash forecasting on a regular basis
    Manage Treasury administration, profiles, and access requests
    Support the Accounting team by providing assistance for monthly/quarterly reconciliations
    Ensure compliance with Fay's policies, processes, and practices
    Execute the development and implementation of treasury functions
    Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and procedures
    Manage performance, foster development and provide mentoring to employees
    Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, as well as an CFA, CPA, CMA, and/or CTP designation or equivalent professional work experience
    ~10+ years' of experience in corporate accounting, treasury, or operations
    ~5+ years' experience managing people and leading teams
    ~ High-level knowledge of entire company data, information systems, and MSP
    ~ Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    ~ Strong skills in SQL and Power BI, preferred
    ~ Strong understanding of mortgage operations and reporting requirements to manage the business
    ~ Strong skills in accounting software knowledge and organizational and recordkeeping
    ~ Demonstrates exceptional responsiveness to audit groups and regulatory groups
    ~ Strong level of analytical skills for analyzing results and projected future results
    ~ Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship and performance management
    ~ Able to manage and lead change; agile; Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions
    ~ Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively lead matrix teams
