IF YOU ARE
Experienced for 6+ years in leadership and quality assurance testing within a fast-paced environment

Proficient in quality assurance (QA) testing with one or more of the following enterprise systems: Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Workday, or similar billing/subscription management and sales systems

Seasoned in developing test automation frameworks with at least some programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python

Quickly adopting new languages and technologies, as the tech stack could potentially be extensive

Good at communicating complex technical information concisely and effectively in written and verbal formats

Possessing a proactive and results-oriented approach to QA

Skilled in managing, coordinating, and leading QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities across diverse teams

Experienced in developing automated test plans and scripts

Having a strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools (would be a plus)


AND YOU WANT TO

Deliver high-quality assurance on complex software programs and system integrations used by Clients' Enterprise Systems teams – Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc.

Collaborate with program and product managers, stakeholders, functional experts, developers, and team leads to define comprehensive QA test plans aligned with functional requirements and business objectives

Execute test strategies encompassing system and integration testing across various functionalities like billing, subscription management, sales, portals, and communication platforms

Develop and maintain clear and concise QA test plan summaries and reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and test coverage

Proactively coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple stakeholder teams, ensuring seamless execution and preventing delays

Work directly with development teams to identify, replicate, and resolve system and integration bugs, escalating critical issues to product and program leads

Champion continuous improvement within the QA practice by mentoring junior testers, sharing best practices, and innovating testing methodologies for complex, multi-system integrations

Monitor test completion progress and report on achieved goals and objectives

Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts to improve efficiency and test coverage where applicable, considering the intricate nature of integrations and the number of systems involved

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (program and product managers, architects, tech leads, and system analysts) to ensure QA activities align with project scope, schedule, priority, and business goals

Proactively identify and address potential QA challenges to meet established timelines and deliver exceptional service within project constraints
