    What we are looking for:

    Looking for a talented and friendly individual to join our team as a client service specialist As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our patients both over the phone and in person. Experience with healthcare office operations is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate

    As a client service specialist, you'll need to be a multitasking expert with excellent communication skills. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals. Other duties will include setting up client files, mailing out (hardcopy or electronically) client intake packets, provide eligibility specialist 3rd party information obtained at phone intake. Complete daily file management, including but not limited to - photocopy, attach appropriate faxed documents, enter assessment scores, send follow-up letters, complete tracking sheets in file, input demographics, and process case closings and send closing letters, as well as any other tasks assigned by leadership staff.

Monday-Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM and Friday's from 8 AM to 5 PM with being open to flexibility.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
    • A highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
    • The ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
    • Possess excellent interpersonal, time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
    • Ability to make informed decisions that affect clinicians, their clients, and the agency as it pertains to customer service and reimbursement.
    • Ability to work independently, functions as a team member, take direction from supervisor and work with several professionals.
