- Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards
- Recommends and implements improvements, modifications or additions to document work.
- Reviews product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
- Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
- BS in Life Sciences, Engineering degrees preferred OR an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
- Comfortable with manufacturing equipment
- Validation experience highly preferred
- Ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience
- 0-3y experience
- 1.5y contract starting 6/3/24
- On-site in Lakeland, FL
- FT hours, M-F 8:30a-5p with possible flexibility in work time/OT
- Later in contract, 25-50% travel
