New York Health (NY Health) seeks an Experienced Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established physician-owned and managed multi-specialty group practices in Queens , NY .

Experience working in Urology is preferred.
Provides Urology care in a collaborative joint practice with the physicians to Urology patients.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for individual patients.
Initiates and documents appropriate interventions; prescribes drug therapies per protocol/Physician consultation.

Administration of IV, and oral medications, vascular access device maintenance and monitoring, chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, blood administration, therapeutic phlebotomy, assessment of patient symptoms and the management of side effects, and overall collaboration on patient treatment plans.

Promotes wellness and recommends community resources to meet patient and family needs.
Provides case management for Urology clients and their families.
Practical experience practicing in urology is preferred.
