Job Title: Branch Manager
Manager: CEO
Compensation: Base Salary, Car Allowance, Incentives, Full Medical, Vision, Dental, & PTO
Location: Denver, Colorado (training located in Texas)
Overview:
The Branch Manager is someone with temp., temp-to-hire, and direct hire experience who can build, lead, inspire and train his or her team successfully across multiple branches of operations. This individual will lead by example while coming in with high energy and innovative ideas on how to build upon our current successes while also creating new opportunities to grow Radley into new verticals and locations.

Responsibilities:
Travel to Radley's offices in Texas for training
Recruit experienced temp., & temp-to-hire personnel to join our teams
Attend morning check-ins and handoffs on client sites
Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
Manage the onboarding process of new employees
Maintain an up-to-date job board of available candidates
Coach, mentor, and train new employees
Manage highly effective and accountable teams for our clients
Build upon and maintain client relationships
Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings
Develop strategic solutions and effectively communicate expectations
Ensure business and operational strategies are understood by the account executive teams within multiple locations
Ensure goals are met, and trainings are held to foster an environment of accountability and learning
Identify strategic opportunities for geographical territory expansion and market share
Responsible for a profitable and growth-oriented operational P&L
Complete understanding of our products and services to provide our customers' the greatest value
Identify new opportunities within the staffing arena to expand our business offerings
Control costs: PPE, job material, unbilled OT, no bills, meals and entertainment, and client events
Work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to formulate strategies designed to enhance our fulfillment methods within all markets
Inspire a high performing culture with an emphasis on growth and customer acquisition/retention and referrals
Foster an environment of success through coaching, mentoring, training, and career mapping
Attend conferences, meetings, networking events and social outings
Meet regularly with your team to review activity and performance
Accountable for the operational team's goals, metrics, KPIs, and budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Minimum 3 years of managing successful operational and sales-oriented teams
Proven experience of managing a positive P&L
Experience developing and implementing sales strategies and business plans
Outstanding communication and time management skills
Effective in promoting and managing an accountable team environment
