    Description

    Project Managers at L'Renee & Associates provide project management oversight, technical and mobile device support for both internal and external clients. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous improvement, the ability to manage multiple tasks and external stakeholders, while fostering healthy working relationships are required.

    • Manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced changing environment
    • Provide project management and mobile device support services for stakeholders an end-users
    • Perform project analysis and deliver progress reports
    • Field incoming calls/emails
    • Identify, manage and/or mitigate project risks and issues
    • Document and report daily, weekly, and monthly project performance
    • Manage assigned tasks according to the defined scope of the project
    • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
    • Document processes and workflows
    • Track project deliverables
    • Mediate and resolve project conflicts
    • Develop and coordinate scheduling with stakeholders and end-users
    • Provide ongoing training and support for end-users
    • Attend weekly team and operations meetings
    • Travel in the field, as required to provide project support
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements
    • Desire to learn and master new systems, software, and equipment
    • Ability to multitask and manage across overlapping projects
    • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications and project management tools (i.e., Gantt Charts, project management software, etc.)
    • Proficient experience in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
    • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations
    • Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to travel as necessary
