Job Summary

Provide overall support to the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of human resources at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience in HR setting.

Skills & Competencies

• Broad understanding of employment law staffing statistical analysis techniques as well as practical working knowledge of compensation benefits employee relations communications organizational development.


• Strong analytical organisational skills ability to prioritise complete multiple projects timely manner limited supervision.


• Excellent interpersonal facilitation skills.


• Must be able to act with integrity professionalism maintain high level confidentiality discretion.
