    **Vice President Financial Planning Analysis**

    Location: Newtown Square, PA

    **Responsibilities:**

    The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for the annual operating and capital budgeting and financial forecasting processes for the Company, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a critically important and highly visible role that interacts with executive and senior management on a routine basis to discuss budget and other financial ramifications of operational issues. The role plays an integral part in the Company's finance department. The VP, Financial Planning and Analysis will also drive organizational development, sustaining a high performing team across the organization. A successful leader will ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals and objectives, and participates in the development and attainment of Amerihealth Caritas goals and objectives, through strategic planning and implementation.

    **Note: Hybrid schedule requiring three days a week in the Newtown Square, PA Office,**

    Responsibilities include:

    + Oversight of financial planning systems

    + Management reporting including development of Management, Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)

    + Administrative expense management

    + Coordination with Actuarial, Strategy and Performance Management teams in development of forecasts, budgets and multi-year financial plans

    + Development of Annual and Multi-Year Capital Plan

    + Coordination with Senior Management to communicate drivers of financial results

    + Effective communication of key business risks and opportunities to Executive leadership for decision making

    **Education/ Experience:**

    + Bachelors Degree

    + MBA preferred with strong forecasting, strategic planning and financial modeling experience

    + 10+ years progressively responsible finance experience (managed care / health care experience preferred)

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical financial information in to actionable insights
