    The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Communication and Marketing Technology teams. This position involves collaborating with internal departments to provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Department. We seek an individual who is not only passionate about marketing but has a sharp eye for detail and thrives in a dynamic environment.

    Essential Job Functions

    Marketing Campaign Execution
    • Collaborate across all verticals to effectively execute marketing plans
    • Assist the Marketing Communication Manager in updating the Marketing support calendar
    • Ensure the smooth fulfillment of sweepstakes
    • Participate in influencer research and outreach
    • Support web and app maintenance, with a particular emphasis on supporting marketing campaigns and SEO efforts
    • Provide support for the setup of push notifications
    • Aid in optimizing paid campaigns with overall marketing goals
    Campaign Insights and Reporting
    • Collect campaign insights and performance metrics
    • Track consumer touchpoints across various channels (social media, website, email, app, etc.)
    Email Execution
    • Participate in email campaign execution, including creative requests, buildout, messaging, layout, and archival
    • Stay updated on new email and mobile marketing trends to enhance our digital platforms.
    Creative Management:
    • Submit creative requests as needed
    Industry Research and Best Practices
    • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
    • Keep abreast of developments in marketing, advertising, and digital technologies
    Sponsorship and Ad Campaigns
    • Handle sponsorships and internal ad campaigns
    • Collaborate with NFL Ad Ops and serve as the point person for internal marketing assets related to the Raiders stadium LED, marquee, billboards, and media mesh
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 1+ years of marketing experience, including brand marketing, digital media, and interactive marketing.
    • Preferred experience with a large-scale email service provider.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding copywriting and proofreading abilities.
    • Analytical skills for metrics analysis and reporting.
    • Desire to learn and adapt.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
    • Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
    • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
    • Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
