Administrative Services Position
We are seeking a motivated individual to provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
The ideal candidate will greet visitors or answer plant calls, providing information as needed. They will also receive and process incoming/outgoing orders in our computer database, monitoring shipments.
Other responsibilities include verifying customer and order information for correctness, scheduling transportation, preparing necessary documents for carriers and loading facilities.
