    Job Description

    Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Management Assistant to support the dynamic team. As part project coordinator and part administrator, you will drive projects to success and foster collaboration within the team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution.
    • Coordinate high-level meetings, capturing key decisions and action items.
    • Track project progress and manage risks to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Manage meetings for outcomes, including clear objectives, attendee availability, materials preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and take accurate notes.
    • Assist with maintaining project documentation and filing systems.

    Relationship Management:

    • Support building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in program management, project management, or similar roles.
    • Strong understanding of program and project management principles, especially in technical software product development environments.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.

    • Effective communicator, adjusting styles for different personalities.
    • Energetic and enthusiastic, bringing a positive attitude to the team.
    • Curious mind, asking insightful questions to clarify projects and goals.

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience in the electric utility industry.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Projects.

    Compensation:

    • The targeted pay range for this long-term contract position is $35-$55 per hour.

    Location:

    • This position can be based out of Spokane, WA, Idaho Falls, ID, or Salt Lake City, UT, but open to exploring other locations for the ideal candidate.

    Work Schedule and Travel:

    • Standard working hours are 7-4 PT, with flexibility to accommodate projects across multiple time zones.
    • Limited travel may be required.

    Clearance and Citizenship:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
