As a Mortgage Loan Closer with Community First Credit Union, you will:

• Handle all types of loans from purchase, refinance, construction, renovation, land loans
• Prepare and submitthe closing package to the title company
• Prepare executed closing package for servicing to book loan on in-house servicing system once package is received from the title company
• Verify that all "prior to closing" conditions have been meet
• Ensure all documents comply with federal and state laws and regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent degree
• One year of lending related experience with prior mortgage experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and web-based software packages
