- Engage in the consulting, compliance, and research processes;
- Prepare Tax Returns and ASC 740 Provisions; and
- Receive formal corporate tax training, on the job training, direct feedback from top tax leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree required in Accounting;
- A minimum GPA of 3.0;
- CPA credential or desire to become credentialed strongly preferred;
- Experience with MS Excel, GoSystem RS, ProFx Engagement (or similar), CCH Checkpoint and/or BNA tax research platforms required;
- At least 2-3 years' relevant work experience with an accounting firm;
- Strong leadership, multitasking and organizational skills;
- Initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment;
- Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; and
- Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbally) with staff and clients regarding technical and nontechnical issues.

The Role
Senior Associates with the Corporate Tax Team serve on various engagement teams that work with a diverse client base, ranging from multi-national corporations to early stage startups.
