    ForwardDental West Allis is a forward-thinking dental care provider seeking a dedicated Dental Hygiene Specialist to join their team. This role offers a flexible 4-day work week with no weekends, providing an ideal work-life balance for the right candidate.

    Job Description

    The Dental Hygiene Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working closely with dentists to provide personalized treatment plans, and benefiting from full support through mentorship and education opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients
    • Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
    • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

    Requirements:

    • Current or soon-to-be licensed dental hygienist in Wisconsin
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
    • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation
    • CPR Certification

    Benefits:
