/Job SummaryTauro Capital Advisors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Analyst/Senior Analyst for the Downtown, Los Angeles location. This role offers candidates the opportunity to work on a wide range of stimulating real estate transactions with a tight-knit team. The Analyst will be responsible for underwriting capital requests for all asset classes of commercial real estate, creating Excel models, and pitchbook creation. The ideal candidate should possess real estate underwriting skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and an ability to effectively meet deadlines for concurrent projects.

Responsibilities/Duties Develop financial underwriting models in Excel Communicate effectively with clients and team members to identify relevant information for a transaction Organize and analyze lease and financial information Building pitchbooks in PowerPoint including deal narratives and graphs/charts Regularly input, update and review systems data Research and analyze comparable lease and sale data Manage and monitor deal timelines and adhere to deadlinesRequired Skills Ability to write deal narratives in an effective and concise manner Financial modeling in Excel Understanding of Sources & Uses, and Loan Constraints (LTV, DSCR, and DY) Adaptability to changing deadlines Excellent communication skills with team and clients Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as real estate underwriter or analyst Preferred 3-7 years for Senior AnalystPreferred Completion of Real Estate Modeling coursework or certificates (i.e.

REFM, ULI courses) Experience analyzing and creating finance requests for acquisitions and refinancing of middle-market debt transactions Experience with all asset classes is a plusRequired Education Bachelors degree (Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred)DetailsSalary is commensurate with education and experience.

Tauro offers a hybrid work environment where the current setup would have the Analyst will be working in our Downtown LA office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and working remotely (from Home) on Wednesdays and Fridays.
