The Director of Operations serves as a strategic and operational bridge across departments to drive organizational alignment throughput efficiency and quality outcomes.This role leads data-driven performance improvement by extracting aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources to support operational reporting cost utilization analyses and strategic decision-making The Director oversees throughput operations to ensure seamless transitions improve patient flow Collaborating with key leaders the Director delivers actionable insights innovative reporting tools best practices that enhance productivity affordability overall quality of care hospital
- Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred Minimum three years acute care hospital experience required Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas accreditation case management regulatory compliance patient safety Knowledge information systems database management Microsoft Office Suite knowledge statistical analysis principles excellent communication customer service skills BLS required within six months hire Annual Stroke Education California RN License preferred
