Janitorial Associate - Shelocta, United States - MPW

Description

1. Removing trash from all shops
2. Operating a floor scrubber.
3. Completing miscellaneous janitorial work.
4. Performing various maintenance projects such as painting, updating lighting, and other tasks.
5. Performing other duties as directed.

1. Ability to carry/lift up to 75 lbs.
2. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor.
3. Ability to maintain alertness and acuity that is not typically impaired by any medication, diet, or physical condition.
4. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit and maneuver in confined spaces
5. Ability to operate forklift, skid loader, and backhoe.
6. Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent, some High School Education acceptable.
2. Must have the ability to work in a detailed and safe manner.
3. Use of certain cleaning chemicals.
4. 3-5 years of grounds and maintenance experience.
