    The CRM Platform Administrator will actively collaborate with key business stakeholders and the technical team.

    This role is responsible for continuously improving and enhancing the Bank's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Salesforce) by collaborating with the Product Owner and business unit subject matter experts to identify solutions that can be delivered in the platform.

    This position is responsible for all aspects of user management, report and dashboard creation, enhancement projects, and other CRM functionality within the Salesforce platform.

    The CRM Platform Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the Bank optimizes its CRM platform for business units to enhance customer relationships and to drive business.

    Compensation

    The annual range for this role is $71,000 - $100,000/yr., commensurate with experience.

    The ideal candidate will have:


    Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related fieldCertified Salesforce Administrator4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar Salesforce usage.3 years of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience3 years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in a digital space.2 years of experience building complex work and data flows.

    Experience working in financial services or other sales-related fields, highly desirable
