    Nurses, Home Health Aides, Case workers, Chaplains and Volunteers all work together to provide professional compassionate care.
    Nurses have autonomy, no office- start and end from home, limited call, no weekends (except weekend positions)

    At Baylor Scott & White Health, your well-being is our top priority. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, one coordinates patient care with a patient-centered approach and evaluates health responses. They craft care plans and track patient progress.
    Develop, implement, and revise care plan for patient outcomes.
    You will evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, including delicate indicators. Quality/performance improvement initiatives are part of your role.

    Your role will encompass respecting and incorporating a patient's and family's unique differences into an individualized plan of care.

    You will help educate patients, families, and team members to make informed choices about healthcare and treatments.
    You will work with others to create a care plan, being open and sensitive to everyone's ideas.
    A deep understanding of medical ethics and patient privacy rights is essential.
    Effective communication underpins all aspects of nursing.

    Being sociable and having the skills to interact with a variety of people will boost your performance in this role.

    Observing changes in patients' medical conditions and effectively relaying this information to other nursing staff and care providers is vital.

    Provide patient-centered care responsibly, adjusting to each patient's needs and experiences with respect and consideration.
    Computer skills are important. Knowing Microsoft Office, scheduling, payroll systems, emr, and email is crucial for the role.
