    About this role:

    This position offers an opportunity to be part of our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a successful candidate, you will be working with customers, building relationships, and proposing suitable products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive outreach and by offering relevant digital solutions

    • Assist customers with basic requests related to account openings, service requests, and credit applications

    • Exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures while receiving direction from managers

    • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs

    • Foster strong relationships with customers and internal partners

    Key requirements:

    • A minimum of 6 months of customer-facing experience or equivalent demonstrated skills

    • Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays

    • Safe registration at the time of employment, meeting ongoing regulatory requirements, and compliance with related policies

    Please note that this position requires a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and adherence to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements.
