- Collaborate with HR and Managers to design and update job descriptions
- Conduct Intake calls with Hiring Managers to fully understand job requirements
- Make recommendations to hiring managers as needed
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Post job openings on companys careers page, social media, and job boards
- Use recruiting tools such as [applicant tracking, knowledge management software, external resources/social media resources] to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified employees
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud/HUB Recruiting preferred
- Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
- Follow-up on the interview process status
- Assist with the negotiation of offers, as needed
- LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Monitor key HR metrics.
- Maintain records on recruiting activities
- Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
- Research, analyze, and present hiring statistics.
