    This will be an on site Talent Acquisition Specialist in Odessa Texas. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute our recruitment process; from creating job descriptions to identifying potential hires by interviewing and evaluating candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an important role in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Experienced with filling a variety of roles. You should be a relationship builder. We will require this skillset, in order to know the business and the hiring managers you will support.

    Responsibilities will include the following:

    Consult

    • Collaborate with HR and Managers to design and update job descriptions
    • Conduct Intake calls with Hiring Managers to fully understand job requirements
    • Make recommendations to hiring managers as needed
    • Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
    • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

    Advertise

    • Post job openings on companys careers page, social media, and job boards
    • Use recruiting tools such as [applicant tracking, knowledge management software, external resources/social media resources] to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified employees
    • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud/HUB Recruiting preferred

    Source and Interview

    • Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing
    • Source potential candidates from various online channels
    • Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates
    • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
    • Follow-up on the interview process status
    • Assist with the negotiation of offers, as needed
    • LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

    Measure

    • Monitor key HR metrics.
    • Maintain records on recruiting activities
    • Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
    • Research, analyze, and present hiring statistics.
