What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive care to women throughout the childbearing process, including pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical examinations, to monitor fetal health and development. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and consulting physicians when necessary. Manage deliveries in the hospital setting, adhering to established protocols and procedures. Provide postpartum care for mothers and their newborns, including breastfeeding support and newborn assessments. Offer preventative and educational services to women regarding gynecological health and family planning. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and lactation consultants, to ensure coordinated care for patients.


Who You Are:

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a valid certified nurse midwife (CNM) credential and current license to practice in Pennsylvania (only).

A commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on women's health throughout the childbearing continuum. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills to manage a variety of obstetric and gynecological conditions. The ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
