    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and launch campaigns for upcoming marketing occasions, ensuring alignment with contracts and marketing plan goals.
    • Support and Merchant-facing guides to assist stakeholders in responding to merchant inbounds and escalations.
    • with cross-functional teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new products, providing valuable feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience.
    • with the Occasions team to test merchandising setups before launch, ensuring optimal presentation and visibility of products.
    • directly with Merchants during campaign activation to identify pain points and recommend solutions.
    • processes to help better communicate with Merchants and Sales teams during campaign activations.
