    Overview:

    We are looking for an AI Intergration Engineer who has proven experience in leading across AI and IT Applications. This role is pivotal in harnessing the power of AI to transform and optimize business processes. The AI Intergration Engineer will possess a blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities, enabling them to navigate the challenges of integrating AI technologies effectively.

    The AI Intergration Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and integration of AI technologies within the organization. This role involves working closely with third party AI companies and cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions are effectively implemented to meet business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Project Management: Lead AI projects from conception through to successful integration, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This requires partnering with and leading across third party AI partners.
    • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the AI project teams, including assessing AI technologies, defining integration criteria, and overseeing integration.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, gather requirements, and communicate project progress and outcomes.
    • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all AI integrations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, including data privacy and security.
    • Training and Development: Oversee the training of team members and end-users on new AI systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI integrations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance system functionality and efficiency.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

    The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with 3rd party AI technology firms, IT, and business functions to ensure implementation approach leads to flawless execution and business results. This candidate must be a proactive, action-oriented leader with the ability to quickly solve complex problems and must have a "make it happen" attitude. This candidate must also have strong experience partnering with and influencing cross functional partners and third-party partners.

    Ideally, this candidate will bring:

    • Proven experience in leading AI projects and technology integration initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, robotics) and their business applications.
    • Strong understanding of IT applications and architecture to develop integration plans.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy.
    • Proven experience in using data (KPIs) in a measurable way to achieve specific strategic results that are relevant to the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to develop, measure and improve key performance indicators.
    • Track record of quickly developing solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment.
    • Experience partnering with product development, engineering, marketing, finance, operations and/or sales to flawlessly launch AI.
    • A team oriented and collaborative approach. Proven results building effective long-term relationships at all levels, internally and externally, and going the extra mile for customers.
    • Ability to communicate for impact, both verbally and in writing; ability to adjust communication and style depending on audience (technical vs. executive leadership).
    • Unpretentious confidence. Communicate transparently – listen actively and speak respectfully.
    • Operate with a strong work ethic and an unrelenting resolve to follow through and meet commitments.
    • A demonstrated willingness to learn, roll-up their sleeves and set an example for the team as a "doer."
    • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly, to new demands with a high sense of urgency.
    • Fast moving consumer goods experience a plus.

    EDUCATION and OTHER SKILLS

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • Travel Required (Domestic & International) - up to 25%
    • Flexible work schedule to accommodate virtual meetings with global regions
