- CBS is committed to developing its employees, offering training and support for RBT certification.
- We will train you in using ABA to teach and motivate your students.
- You'll start training on day one and transition to working directly with students once you feel prepared.
- Bonuses are provided as you progress through our RBT training system.
- We cover the costs of any training or fees related to obtaining and maintaining your RBT certification.
- Primarily, you will work at our Early Intensive Learning Center in Danvers; additionally, you will spend about 2 hours per week in your student's home or community setting for updates and family support sessions.
- This is a full-time role with hours typically from 7:45 to 3:30, Monday to Friday at the center.
- Home Services take place one evening per week from 3:30 to 5:00, with no weekend work required.
- You will be compensated at your regular rate for all job-related activities.
- Commit to obtaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and passing the necessary exam within 90 days of hire, with CBS covering associated fees.
- Adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) code of Ethics.
- Participate in training and stay up-to-date with job qualifications and competencies.
- Follow guidance from the supervising behavior analyst for therapy and data collection.
- Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A high school diploma or GED is a must.
- Preferred background includes at least one year of experience in child/youth learning programs or ABA therapy.
- Applicants should show a genuine enjoyment of working with children, creativity in play activities, and eagerness to learn new behavioral concepts to connect with students.
