- Collaborate with the Guest Experience and Store Managers to build and train a high-performing team, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and equipping your team with the tools to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Proactively engage with guests, addressing their questions and concerns while supporting associates in maintaining a "no wait" experience.
