    Position Summary:


    The IT Project Manager role will be responsible for successfully delivering IT relatedprojects in alignment with company goals and project expectations.

    Manages IT delivery teams and supporting the planning related to the development and implementation of project efforts that utilize technology solutions.

    ssential Functions:
    Create and develop project scope and schedules
    Plan and assign resources to associated tasks and deliverables
    Manage resources, communication, and cost management of projects/programs
    Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
    Conduct kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project, review the overall project plan and gain consensus
    Facilitate meetings including preparing agendas, coordinating schedules, documenting meeting minutes, following-up on action items; gathering, organizing and distributing project related documentation
    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance
    Identify high-level risks, assumptions, constraints and implements approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project
    Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverables; create and implement strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget
    Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports
    Implement standardization across organizational initiatives


    Competencies:
    Demonstrated expertise in project management practices and skills, systems analysis and quality assurance techniques, project planning and control, communication, training and presentation techniques
    Experience managing system integration related projects
    Ability to initiate, monitor and control multiple projects and activities
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

    • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and PPM Tools
    Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly master new technology and applications
    Ability to apply reason, logic, and advanced problem solving skills to resolve complex issues
    Dedicated to quality and on-schedule results; sensitivity to user needs and environment
    Ability to manage and track project related budgets
    Ability to manage IT projects related to software development, data integrations, infrastructure and network operations
    Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing
    Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with and present information to a wide range of individuals and business partners
    Ability to work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization and directing the work of others without a direct reporting relationship
    Understands various IT delivery methodologies such as ITIL, Agile and Waterfall
    Minimum 4 years Title Insurance/Mortgage, Financial or Banking experience preferred

    Education and/or skills

    Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or an IT related field
    Project Management Certification is required (PMP, CSM, Six Sigma)
    Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management with IT Services project management methodology required
    Experience working with agile methodologies
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Facilitation skills required to lead meetings and guide participants toward a meeting's objectives. Influencing skills are essential to obtain results from various project team members who may have other priorities and deadlines.

    Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

    Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
    Must be able to sit, stand, stoop or bend for an extended period (8 hours).
    Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
    Must be able to listen and speak clearly over the phone
