    Job Title

    We are a thriving business consulting and sales firm located in Charleston. Our forward-thinking marketing strategies and innovative sales tactics attract reputable clients to us. As our clients expand, we seek entry-level candidates to join our marketing and sales team as an Account Manager Trainee.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Meet with leading business prospects to deliver presentations and build long-lasting customer relationships
    • Educate potential buyers on client products, promotions, and services
    • Assist clients in acquiring new accounts and expanding markets
    • Train with Senior Account Managers on marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals
    • Review sale contracts, identify client concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services
    • Attend conference calls and participate in training workshops to stay current on sales progress
    • Collaborate with fellow Account Manager Trainees, Sales Associates, and Marketing Representatives to meet client needs

    Requirements

    • In Progress or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
    • 0-3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or leadership role preferred
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to develop leadership qualities
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments
    • Comfortable working independently and adapting to team settings
    • Self-determined and takes initiative in creating solutions
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
    • Reliable transportation to onsite location

    Salary

    $50,000 - $65,000 per year
