    Position Summary:

    Under the direction of the Production Supervisor the Production Specialist provides excellent customer support and service activities to our internal and external customers, vendors, contractors, and carriers teams in the claims process.

    This is a fulltime position that is remote.

    Responsibilities:
    Exceed customer service expectations for excellence to internal and external stakeholders
    Provide customer support via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with homeowners regarding the schedule of their restoration project
    Update and maintain customer databases
    Document all interactions with detailed accuracy in a timely and proficient manner
    Initiate and follow up tasks associated with cases, work orders and service appointments
    Ensure repairs have been completed per the estimate and to the homeowner's satisfaction.
    Ability to flex to other departments within the contact center as needed.
    Assist with special reports needed for carriers regarding claim status
    Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
    Meet, maintain, and exceed production goals
    Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Minimum Requirements:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required
    Customer service experience (three years) required
    Available to work a flex schedule including evenings and weekends required
    Previous construction project management experience (one-two years) preferred
    Knowledge of Salesforce, XactAnalysis, and Livegenic preferred
    Knowledge of insurance, claims, estimating, sales (roofing) preferred
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Ability to multitask effectively and maintain accuracy

    Reliable broadband internet and ability to work remotely at home with a minimum speed of 10 meg download, 1 meg upload and ability to connect via ethernet cord directly into router required.
