Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Medicare Certified Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Home Health Scheduler near Vero Beach, FL.

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating of all field staff to meet the needs of the patients, in accordance with the Plan of Care.

Position: Home Health Scheduler

Location: Vero Beach, FL

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Coordinator works closely with Clinical Manager to manage patient schedules
• Keeps computer system accurate and up to date with schedule changes and visit authorizations
• Communicate with Intake, referral sources, sales staff and team members to facilitate patient care
• Work with Billing Department
• Facilitates Payroll

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year experience in Medicare home health scheduling experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work setting
• Must have exemplary organizational and time management skills.
