The ABF 50/50 Raffle Supervisor role is a crucial part of the Atlanta Braves Foundation fundraising team, helping to manage all aspects of the Foundation's largest fundraising campaign each year. The ideal candidate will have fun working with people and is a fantastic coach. Someone who is competitive (in a fun way), sales and service oriented, and loves the idea of being a big part of the Braves fan experience here at Truist Park on game daysResponsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of Raffle Team members
- Effectively manage Raffle Team members by coaching team on successful selling techniques,
- Collaborate with Raffle Team and Development Specialist to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to maximize and grow donation revenue
- Track and use key metrics to evaluate sellers,
