    Expected Starting Salary Range:
    REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIESPrioritizationAttention to detail with the aim to maximize efficiency, improve project planning and maintain safety standards. This requires the ability to prioritize project standardization and ability to notice areas where improvements could be made.

    Role requires troubleshooting routine problems; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment and precedents prior to deciding on the most appropriate one.

    Project ManagementManage the day-to-day scheduling & workflow related initiatives on a project-by-project basis. Assign priorities & monitor the project timelines, budgets, & deadlines. Report variances in a timely & accurate manner. Organize project scope & define project requirements with internal customers, team members, & external contractors for implementation. Maintain facility utilization data. Identify & initiate necessary actions to resolve safety, structural, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and engineering problems. Includes initiating and reviewing RFP and RFQ design bids, expertise. Activities may involve various branches of the engineering profession, for example electrical, plumbing, mechanical, maintenance or plant engineering. Communication (Internal & External)Interaction with colleagues across the facility will be required, as well as routine reporting to management.

    Written and verbal communication skills are both extremely important as role will be responsible for master documents and communications regarding outages/planned worked.

    Quality and SafetyEnsuring standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met within scope of work. Ensure that quality control checks are conducted & records are maintained on each procedure. Ensure corrective action is taken & documented on all unaccepted control & proficiency testing results.

    Determine, ensure, & document that construction personnel have adequate specific training & orientation, and regularly demonstrate satisfactory levels of competence.

    Review the accuracy & thoroughness of design development and construction documents for adherence to the CCHMC Environmental Guidelines.

    Budget & ExpensesPrepare, coordinate, evaluate, & manage construction budgets for Building Maintenance, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.

    Capture expenditures & expenses in order to maximize benefits for services supplied. Monitor invoices for accuracy & appropriateness of changes.


    Qualifications:

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCERequired:
    Bachelor's Degree in related field 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline

    Preferred:
