- Move Transmissions, assist in draining units, getting shipping pods, and cleaning units after dyno testing
- Help prepare transmissions for shipment, prep units for dyno testing, inform supervisor of all issues
- Ensure all parts, packaging goods, paperwork and instructions are well stocked in dyno area
- Keep an even work flow, follow process and procedures, sweep and mop job area throughout the day
- Suggest improvements, help train new personnel and work overtime when needed
• Follow directions from dyno operator, packager, supervisors and managers, be proactive and helpful - Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, be at your workstation on time daily

- Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, mechanical ability a plus

- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand & work on your feet for 8+ hours a day and under pressure at times

Job DescriptionAs a Unit Handler, you play a big part of the team on the production line making sure transmissions are moved promptly yet carefully from the builder's workstation to the dyno testing area. This is an important step in the remanufacturing process of transmissions and to all our customers. Your day will be spent moving transmissions, organizing dyno work area and assisting the Dyno Operator & Packager following our process & procedures. You must work efficiently, interact and help other team members to ensure daily demands are met and processes run smoothly on the production line.
