We are working with a boutique trial firm in Houston to source a junior to mid-level litigation associate ASAP

The litigation matters handled by this firm run the gamut from general commercial litigation to a heavy docket of medical malpractice claims.

This firm is looking for an associate who can "plug and play," i.e., a confident young attorney who is not afraid of running cases and getting early court experience.

Deposition experience is a huge plus, but billing experience is a must. Excellent grades and *good character* are required.

This firm has excellent leadership The culture here is relaxed and collaborative. Hours are very reasonable, and pay is competitive with the potential for large bonuses.

Because this firm handles both plaintiff and defense work, associates who bring in a case also receive a percentage on any matters originated.
