We have the perfect opportunity for youJoin our dynamic team at Delta College of Arts & Technology as a Healthcare Administration Instructor, where you will have the chance to shape the future of aspiring Healthcare Administrators at our Baton Rouge campus.
Our institution is committed to providing top-notch education, and we're seeking experienced professionals to share their expertise and knowledge with our students.
Full-time or part-time positions are available. Class times are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and evening classes from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and informative classes for Healthcare Administration students.
Provide hands-on training and real-world scenarios for practical learning.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, or comparable healthcare field.5+ years of hands-on working experience in Healthcare Administration or related field.
Passion for teaching and mentoring future healthcare professionals.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Teaching experience a plus, but it's not required as the college trains all faculty.
