NSI's Industrial Painter and Fabricator possesses a strong understanding of painting techniques, surface preparation, and fabrication processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work with various materials are critical for success in this role. This role is also responsible for fabricating and assembling various components.

Qualifications

What you bring to the job:

• Specialized knowledge of industrial painting techniques and tools.
• Experience in operating overhead and portable gantry cranes.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, or stoop during the standard 8 hour shift.
  • Lifting requirement of 75 pounds
• Basic fabrication knowledge with the use of hand/power tools, band saw, drill press, oxy/acetylene torch, plasma cutter, etc.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to see subtle color differences
• Basic computer skills, e-mail, navigate internet searches
• Some Microsoft Excel knowledge a plus
