    The Barback Role

    At Legends, we specialize in delivering exceptional solutions for legendary brands. Our holistic approach combines Global Planning, Global Sales, and Hospitality to drive success across six verticals: professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international, and conventions.

    We value our people and expertise, with over years of combined experience in sales and sponsorship, analytics and valuation, hospitality and operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Stock bar items daily and refill ice bins as needed
    • Anticipate needs throughout the shift
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Attend work on time and be prepared to start at the scheduled hour
    • Familiarize yourself with the work area and set up as directed
    • Adhere to operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
    • Provide prompt, quality service to guests
    • Perform other related duties as required

    Requirements:

    • Minimum age requirement is years old
    • Ability to interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards
    • BASIC knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
    • Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English
    • Ability to lift and transport items weighing - pounds, occasionally pounds
    • Sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
    • At least two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant
