    This is an hourly, non-exempt per diem position. Shift differentials apply.

    If you wishto advance your nursing career and have some supervisory background,in a behavioral health setting, our per diem NursingSupervisor position might be what you are seeking.

    The perdiem Nursing Supervisor will assume responsibility for complete facility operations during an assigned shift.
    This includes supervising nursing andclinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate, timely and safe manner.

    Other responsibilities include assisting the staffing coordinator withRN and Mental Health Associate staffing, communicating any issues to the other members of the nursing management team and conducting round audits.

    QualificationsCurrent license to practice nursing in NJ (or eligible to receive or renew).Previous psychiatric, behavioral, or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not requiredCurrent CPR or BLS certification.
