Description
LNCsearch has been retained by a Top 200 Accounting firm to find a Tax Director for their San Antonio, TX office.
This Director will lead and deliver high-quality tax services to new and existing business tax clients - across a wide range of industries.
They will support middle-market businesses, entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals. This role could provide a fast-track to Partner.Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant tax experience including technical tax consulting, research & implementation of planning tax strategy.
5+ years of experience supervising multiple direct reports.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accountancy.
Ability to develop a network in the business community.
Experience working with a Big 4 or Regional Public Accounting firm a plus
CPA required
