Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Nurse Practitioner located in Bluffton, SC. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing follow up visits for hormone replacement therapy as well as management and followup of weight loss medications including GLP-1s. This is a mostly virtual position with the ability to come in office PRN for pellet placement procedures. Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, educate patients on preventive healthcare practices, and provide patient counseling and support.

Qualifications

Valid SC Nurse Practitioner license with specialization in adult or family medicine
Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary care setting
Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and medical software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to work part-time hours
