The
Field Safety Officer reporting to the Vice President of Operations, will provide leadership and support to the Notch field craft Crew Leaders and their teams to ensure work safety, and customer satisfaction.

They will collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure efficient communication and drive project safety execution. This position requires navigating through all areas of industrial/construction sites including ladders, scaffolds, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces.


The successful candidate will:

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction trades, project safety, or industrial environments.

Have 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role

Experience and strong desire to work in a safety learning environment
