Job summary
This role is to support the foreman in installing fences/decks in a professional and timely manner.The primary responsibilities include assisting the foreman with planning and organizing tools and supplies,
placing yard signs before job starts,
and taking direction from the foreman while maintaining a good attitude.
This role has potential to move into a foreman position based on performance reviews,
leadership capabilities,
and quality of work.
